Panos Karkanevatos

The writer, director and producer Panos Karkanevatos studied film in Athens and Europe and is a graduate of EABE. His feature films – Borderline, Earth & Water, Athanasia, Riverbanks – and creative documentaries have participated in many international film festivals and have been awarded. His work has also been featured at MOMA–New York and the Harvard Film Archive. His films are made and distributed in Europe and North America in collaboration with European film funds and Broadcasters – Greek Film Centre, Hamburg Film Fund, ZDF, Channel 4, NDR, ERT, ARTE, Creative Europe and Eurimages.
