Vivian Papageorgiou

He holds a PhD from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EMME, Film Studies) and a Master's Degree (Nouvelle Sorbonne Paris III) in the field of Cinema & Audiovisual Media. She studied English Literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Directing at the Lykourgos Stavrakos School and Decoration at the Dimitrelis School of Arts. In 2016, she was selected in the Sarajevo Film Festival Talents and Hansel's screenplay in Pitch screenplay. In 2018, her screenplay Lost won the Hellenic Film Academy Award in the Short Film Fund competition. She works at the University of Athens, EMME department, has created six short films and is in the process of developing her first feature-length documentary.
