Summary:

Monday, December 13, 1943, German occupation troops set fire to Kalavryta and executed men and teenagers on Kappi hill. Three men who lived the events as children locked up in the Primary School of Kalavryta with the rest of the women and children, narrate this traumatic experience.

Dimitris Grintzos was born in Kalavryta. She studied Audiovisual Arts at the Department of Audio & Visual Arts of the Ionian University in Corfu. His documentary 'Bread and a blanket' was prepared as part of his thesis. He participated as a cameraman in the documentaries / diplomas 'The source of tears' by Margarita Chalakatevaki and 'Text on a rock' by Spyros Kavvadias. He is also involved in photography and electroacoustic music.
