Director

Elias Giannakakis

Elias Giannakakis was born in 1968. He is a director, screenwriter and producer.
He has made more than 250 documentaries of historical, sports and cultural content for cinema, Public Television, CosmoteTV, independent institutions and private channels.

He was the main director of the historical series "Paraskinio" of ERT, between 2000-2013, when its long-term screening was completed.

He has made four fiction films and is preparing the next one to be shot in early 2024.
