Summary:
In the mid-80s, Capricorn Publications was planning a magazine about cinema and theater (which ultimately did not work out), where the main topic would be a discussion, in the form of a mutual interview between two personalities of the respective field. Theo Angelopoulos and Nikos Panagiotopoulos were chosen for the first issue, undoubtedly the leading personalities of our cinema at the time, among the main pioneers and pillars of Modern Greek Cinema.
The tape was lost but found thirty-five years later! A valuable document now that our two top creators have passed away.
Antonis Kokkinos
Antonis Kokkinos is a film director and screenwriter. He studied at the School of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens and at the Directing Department of the Stavrakos School. He has worked as a producer of many radio shows on music and cinema as well as a production manager and assistant director in many film and television productions.
Yiannis Soldatos
Yiannis Soldatos is a writer, director, publisher and was born in Lefkada in 1952. He is the founder and director of the publishing house "Capricorn" which has to his credit the circulation of more than 200 film books and more than 400 literary books. He was a professor of the history of Greek cinema in film schools.
