Summary:
Domna, a distinguished poet and academic, approaching the age of 85, comes closer to her biggest dream. She is nominated for the Nobel Prize for Literature. Meanwhile, her grandson George is expecting twins. When his life is in danger, Domna will once again turn to her beloved "Saint". Is it possible for prayer to become a two-way street?
Vasilis Stavropoulos
He was born in Athens in 1986. He studied electrical engineering. and then photography and audiovisual media at the University of West Attica. He has worked as a Director, D. Photography and editors in various award-winning short and feature films, commercials, music videos, and television productions. He is a founding member of the production company Frau Films. He has directed the short films "Live" (2018), and "Pasiphae" (2020), with participations and distinctions in various festivals.
The script of her short film "1969" participated in the International Screenplay Competition Interfilm Pitch in 2015 and was awarded with a "Special Mention". "The return" is her first short film and was selected at the Tirana International Film Festival. He is currently in post-production on a short film titled "Fire from Ash", which was funded by the Greek Film Centre.
